Reconnect agent to interaction if network if disconnected

Hi All
Question
If an agent is doing a chat and the agent looses network / VPN connectivity. Once the connection is restored for the agent is there a way to re-connect the same interaction to the agent that was working on prior to loosing connectivity?

Our Agents get disconnected sometimes too. A majority of the time, when the Agent reconnects to the workspace, the chats are there for them automatically. There are times, the chat is not there for them automatically, so I find the IMS number, the Agent searches for the number CLICKS on the result and the chat is back for the Agent.
