Redirect from a Virtual Agent Choice

Hi,

In a Virtual Agent flow with a static choice list, is it possible to link one of the choices to open a link in the same/new tab? In the example, if the user selects 'I am having an issue', can I redirect the user to a Catalogue item within ServiceNow directly?

Hi,

I would recommend using instead 'Multi-flow Output' where you can display multiple links.
