research chat state reason error

There is a field in the Interactions called State Reason. I have some chats that are randomly in the State Reason "Error"

This is the message the user see's in the chat:

"Virtual Agent: I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation." 

I think I found how to find the issue for the above message. just not 100% sure the steps would correct this.

 

Another message it throws sometimes is:

"Virtual Agent: I am having some technical difficulties at the moment. Give me a few minutes to cool off my circuits."

This one I changed the system message 🙂

 

Anyone have suggestions on researching why the Virtual Agent throws this message? I have 16 chats out of 582 chats, so it is not all the time, just would love to know how to find the cause.
