Hi all,
I need your support regarding a Virtual Agent - Live Chat set-up.
We will need support on setting an automatic custom message (Ex. "During Chrismas Bank Holiday live transfer option is not available") that should be triggered once an employee selects "Transfer to an Agent" during a Bank Holiday listed in the schedule.
Can you help us fulfill this requirement?
