Show logo instead of user avatar in Service Portal

Hello Team,

 

I want to replace the user avatar (including the default initials like “A”) in Service Portal with a static company logo/image.

I do not want to enable or use user profile photo upload or Show agent names and avatars.

Is there any OOB or recommended approach  to achieve this globally? if no please let me know the reason for the limitatation.

Hi @nagaklv 

 

Type live_profile.list  in Application Navigator to open Virtual Agent live profile record .

Choose the profile and just update the Photo.
