Show only French articles based on France users in Virtual agent

I am trying to filter out the English Language articles and show only French articles for France users in Virtual agent. I am using the OOB Virtual agent flow 'Search Fallback Topic' which uses the default contextual search Topic block. I have created a new 'Search Context' and passed it's sys_id in the 'Search Fallback Topic' flow. Now I have created the context and added a Table configuration to it and then added a Filter configuration under table configuration. I have attached the screenshot of the script in the Filter configuration to filter out the articles based on User country. But the Filter configuration is not working and I am seeing all articles in the virtual agent.
