Unable to show the promoted topics in teams, already followed link-
Are promoted topics visible in Microsoft Teams?
Yes, you can make promoted topics appear in Greetings when using Microsoft Teams. Create a new 'Custom Greetings & Setup' record, and for the condition, set 'devicetype' IS 'teams'. Then add the promoted topic you want to appear in Teams. Since it's a new record, don't forget to add Setup Topics like greetings and fallback too.

My requirement is to display the promoted topics with greeting, without saying Hi, help messages.
this is my first quation is it possible?
and aslo above article says we can display promoted topics in teams so I Created a new 'Custom Greetings & Setup' record(in the global domain with lower oreder thatn default Greetings & Setup), in the condition, set 'devicetype' IS 'teams'. Then added the 3 promoted topic.
Note : instance is domain saperated
Promoted topics are belong to specific domain.
Not sure what is going wrong..
