Start Pre-Chat survey from a topic

I have found vidos of the pre-chat configuration if you want the survey to auto launch right when VA is opened. 

 

 

Is it possible to kick off these pre-chat surveys right before handing the employee off to the agent instead?

 

 

Use case: Employee searches for what they need. Cannot find it so now wants to chat with a live agent. This is when a pre chat survey kicks-off right before handing off to the agent, so they have the details right when they login vs having to go through the whole VA conversation.
