Tracking Failed Messages from Live Agent to Primary Chatbot via Virtual Agent API

We're currently using the Virtual Agent API to integrate ServiceNow as a secondary chatbot, and we've successfully established a connection with our primary chatbot.
However, we're facing a challenge. We need a way to track when a message sent from a Live Agent in ServiceNow fails to reach the primary chatbot and alert the Live Agent when failure occurs.

Is there a recommended approach to monitor these failures and trigger notifications or alerts?
