Undefined in AI Search Fallback responses

I am getting this "Undefined" where our Virtual Agent logo usually is located on the AI Search Fallback responses.

The logo appears correctly on all other responses, just the AI Search Fallback shows this.

 Any ideas where this is configured?

Hi @Lynda1, I am seeing the same exact thing on our instance. No info yet, but we are going to put in a case. I am curious, what version are you on? We just moved to Yokohama patch 8 a few days ago

Jumping back in to add that our case has the response that we're looking at a possible fix in Yokohama patch 11. So it looks to be upgrade related. Best of luck!
