Unable to add NLU Test Utterances | Virtual Agent | RESOLVED

Hello all!

Despite being able to build, publish, and otherwise do everything else with NLU's and Virtual Agent Flows, I am unable to add test utterances. Any ideas on what could be the cause?

It says to wait, but I've tried multiple times over the past week, cleared ServiceNow cache as well as my browsers'. I have tried on multiple browsers as well.

Thanks to SupportNow Support, this issue is resolved. Thanks guys!

"After taking a look, it looks like the batch test set is missing. Can you do the following to correct the issue:

Go to nlu_batch_test_set
Create a new record with the following info:
Batch Set Name: Test set - CCD NLU Test
Status: Uploaded
Associated Model: CCD NLU Test

After this, try creating the utterance. "

Hi @NuruddinA,

perhaps a silly question but... have you selected associated intent??

Hello @GlideFather

Silly question but a good one! However, yes I did select an intent. It just clears the intent upon submission.

This was resolved by reaching out to SN support. If you have this issue, you may have a Batch Test Set record missing!
