VA chat download transcript in not working

Hi Team ,

We enabled chat script download in VA but for some user we are getting errors please find below error message 

 

Error :: This user doesnt have access to this transcript ,

what would be the reason for it , do we need any specific roles to download chat transcript

Latest release that I found this functionality in doc's is for Rome. Maybe it is not available to later releases?

We have in new release also  for some users it is working for some it is not working getting error as mentioned in description

The chat transcript is available as of the Rome release. Also make sure you have the latest store release version of the Conversational Analytics store app for Rome (2.1+). You also need the 'virtual agent admin' role to view the transcript and other elements of the dashboard. 

Hi Victor We are trying to use the chat transcript download feature for all users in the VA.  We want users to be able to download a chat they may have had with a agent so they have the instructions to hand.  For this case we wouldnt be able to add the virtual agent admin role for them?  

Also we are trying this San Diego.
