VA topic is not getting discovered

Hi All,

 

I am trying to disocver the topic by entering the specific keywords in chat.

I have configured it in following manner, follwoing topic is discoverable.

As per the configuration whenever I entered one of the keyword entioned above in chat it should redirect me to Close conversation topic, but it is not working.

Anyother configuration is needed here, I am not sure.

 

If anyone has any idea please let me know.

Seems like you have configured a topic with the key words mentioned, Do you have a similar topic already existing in the sys_cs_topic table or sys_cb_topic table? If yes then you may need to delete the other topic.

We don't have any topic configured with same name as keyword, I have checked in both the table.
