VA topic is not getting discovered

Hi All,
I am trying to disocver the topic by entering the specific keywords in chat.
I have configured it in following manner, follwoing topic is discoverable.
As per the configuration whenever I entered one of the keyword entioned above in chat it should redirect me to Close conversation topic, but it is not working.
Anyother configuration is needed here, I am not sure.
If anyone has any idea please let me know.

Hi @sushama -
Check under the "active" pulldown and ensure that the topic is discoverable.
When you have it working however, it is going to execute as a keyword topic and prompt to make sure the right topic is launched:
