Virtual Agent and Record Producer

So my requirement is that when logging an incident through VA, that the user is given the same set of questions to answer in sequence, as when logging an incident through service portal, which uses the reord producer to populate all the fields. Any ideas?

@Yasser Al Kindi : You can configure a custom topic by prompting the questions and get responses from user similar to the record producer form. Later you can pass those inputs to the respectively fields for Incident creation.
