Virtual agent - Continue to next action in flow after certain amount of time

Hi Community, 

Is there a possibility to continue with the next action in a flow after some time? example, at the end of each topic we have a Static Choice where we ask "Is there anything else I can help you with?", if the user response "No" we are providing the user a survey to fill, the thing is that if the user does not respond we are not able to provide the survey. 

 

is there a way to after some minutes continue with next action?

Not sure if something like that would be possible. Interesting challenge 🙂

 

Question though, would that really help functionally? I mean if someone didn't respond to a question in the chat after 5 minutes, will that person still have the chat open? I guess it's more likely that they just abandoned the chat and move on with something else.
