Virtual Agent Issue with OOB Update HR Case Topic Block

There is an Issue with the out-of-the-box Topic Block named Update HR Case. I see this message when trying to Test the Topic Block.

Fix these issues to test or publish

vainputs.comments is unknown, but is referenced at 'additional Comments'. Fix

Does anyone know if it's a known issue, when it will be fixed and if there is a workaround? I looked at the Known issues portal but didn't see this issue there.

Hi @Suzanne H ,

 

Not sure if it's a known issue.

I was able to fix it by duplicating the topic and changing the variable name to 'Comments' instead of 'Additional Comments.' Could not find the source of the problem.

Maybe a HI Case for ServiceNow can give more information. I only have a PDI.
