Virtual Agent : Link in the chat for KB and catalog items are not navigating to portal

HI, I am trying to change the default navigation to custom portal but I am getting below error when I am trying to change on the URL navigation. Can any on help me understand how can I change this ?

Hi Kachu,

URL mappings defined in earlier releasesIf you previously added the com.glide.cs.portal_url_mapping.default.<portal_value>.<table_name> property to create URL mappings that were used instead of the default URL mappings, those properties are retained after you upgrade to the Rome release. You can view the mappings in the URL Navigation related list of the Chat Setup form or the URL Navigation [sys_cs_portal_url_mapping] table. Starting with the Rome release, you define or change URL mappings using the URL Navigation related list rather than the URL mapping property

Hi am doing it on sys_cs_portal_url_mapping table only but i am receiving the error above.

Hi yes that what its saying from Rome release, you define or change URL mappings using the URL Navigation related list rather than the URL mapping property. Please check the Procedure section in the link I sent.
