Virtual Agent "No agents currently available"

Hi all,

I'm trying to setup live agent in virtual agent. But still it's only showing "No agents currently available"

I never had any problem with this in previous release and this is the Paris release.

 

1. I have setup chat queues with schedule.
2. I have enabled live chat in --> chat setup

Hi Miran,

Kindly try this,

Navigate to chat setup > check if you selected connect chat or Agent workspace. 

If you have set it to Agent workspace, you have to make a user status online in their workspace. This can be done by impersonating the user and > agent workspace > inbox > Make online. 

If you have connect chat, then as Thosu said, you can enable the connect in property

glide.connect.chat.disabled

 

check this additional property.

glide.connect.support.enabled

Thanks for the answer, I have enabled connect chat. BUT my question was for Virtual Agent and this is how the form looks in chat setup. I cannot find the other fields you are talking about. Virtual agent is still showing "No agents currently available".

Even tho these fields is selected.. I know what you mean because this was not a issue in Madrid or orlando. (My instance: Paris)

I think its to do something with the plugins, try to repair your plugin [com.glide.cs.chatbot]. You should see something like below.
