does virtual agent have OOTB voice interface? Or is there a another product / integration, perhaps something with Amazon Lex , we are starting to use AWS connect - ServiceNow integration for our voice channel

This is not yet supported.

Only below input controls are supported till Paris.

Hi,

Is this for mobile? Or just for desktop? Concerning desktop, there's no out-of-the-box function for this in place. Also not with Paris.
