Virtual Agent "No agents currently available"

Hi all,

I'm trying to setup live agent in virtual agent. But still it's only showing "No agents currently available"

I never had any problem with this in previous release and this is the Paris release.

1. I have setup chat queues with schedule.
2. I have enabled live chat in --> chat setup

Hmm.. If I repair the plugin will I lose my custom topics and configurations ?

No, it wont just tired. But to be on safer side take a backup of your topics.

So, I got the virtual agent chat to work and I have setup a chat queue. Now this is the problem

Do the group need any specific roles to chat in connect ?

Hi Miran,

Check if the groups has members and ensure the oob topic connect to agent and Transfer to live agent are active.
