Virtual Agent "No agents currently available"

Hi all,

I'm trying to setup live agent in virtual agent. But still it's only showing "No agents currently available"

I never had any problem with this in previous release and this is the Paris release.

 

1. I have setup chat queues with schedule.
2. I have enabled live chat in --> chat setup

What do you mean by verify?
The group contains users and is active. They all have the ITIL role. What does that error message mean..?

The Sys_id i'm getting from the log "Can't find hand-off group"... I can't find out what the Sys_id is coming from because it's not the same sys_id as the group I have selected in Chat queue

can you check if your chat_queue is active.
