virtual agent simulator on demand cource

while doing the virtual agent simulator on demand course in the  now learning  and in the 14 lab instance practice I have done the all things which are given in that pdf but still it is not validating please suggest and help how to do these and validate the task   .

there is no errors at all  i just not given the condition in the flow that why it is not validated now it is fied and i am completed my virtual agent deigner simulator micro certificate.

Hi @gsoni 

Sometimes, it's a lab issue, and due to that, validation may not work. Don't worry about it; you can move on to the next task. You need to complete 80% of the labs to earn the certification. Also, if you understand the concepts by doing the labs, that’s even more important.
