Virtual Agent - Topic timeout abandon chat reminder and termination

Hi Everyone

 

Has anyone configured "Add the com.glide.cs.conversation_idle_timeout property to the System Property [sys_properties] table to specify the length of time that an abandoned Virtual Agent or Live Agent conversation remains open (idle)." this property to be lower than the expected system value of 7200 Seconds.

 

If yes then does it actually closes/ends the chat when the scheduled job runs to close the abandoned chat while the VA window is open on portal.

 

I also wanted to know if there is any system property that could remind the user that a virtual agent topic conversation is about to end by scheduled job before that happens, THIS IS SIMILAR TO THE "LIVE AGENT" SCENARIO WHERE A CHAT REMINDER AND TERMINATION PROPERTY EXISTS but I want to know if there is one for VA Topics.
