Virtual Agent with third-party messaging apps cannot connect to Slack Auth

Hi Experts.

I've try to connect to Slack via Virtual Agent Setting but It isn't redirecting to Slack Auth

Screenshot of steps below

 

1. Click [Install]

Is anybody faces same situcation? How can I resolve this?

Hi, I am having the same problem as above. I also confirmed I am not currently logged into any Slack Workspaces and there are no pop-up blockers.

 

I am running Tokyo Patch 4a

Version 4.1.0 for the "Conversational Integration with Slack" plugin

In the Log table, I see Error "Can't find External App Information: no thrown error" and "Exception Got while fetching the information from proxy DC Instance: no thrown error"

If this is a PDI, Slack integrations will not work on them (nor Teams). PDIs are in different data centers as customer instances.

Hi,

I am facing same issue and I am trying in my Company's dev instance... Has anyone found a solution to this issue? I would greatly appreciate any assistance.!!
