Hello,
Speaking from a Help Desk position at my company, we're looking at implementing a chatbot for our environment that allows users to look at open tickets and/or create a new ticket based on the question/issue they are experiencing. Ideally we'd integrate with our knowledge-base to provide options for self service. Has anyone done something similar, is there any licensing costs people discovered on their journey for citizen developers, giving the end user more rights to interact with the chatbot, etc).
So far I read that the Virtual Agent is included in the Pro package. Is there any additional charges like per developers, end-users, interactions, etc?
I have a seen a similar question but it is about 1 year old, so I wanted to be sure I get up to date information.
Thanks a lot

Hi there,
For all licensing, pricing, etc. questions: contact your account manager. Don't rely on information from the community. ServiceNow changes it's license model often, individual prices are made with customers, etc, etc.. So what's mentioned on the community a week ago, could be outdated already or might be specific to that customer.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,
Mark
