Hello,
I have created a bi-directional integration between ServiceNow and Jira through Jira spoke.
The updates from ServiceNow to Jira is working fine but when I make an update in Jira, it sends multiple updates.
I have cloned 'Jira Webhook Process' and created by own flow by mapping the correlation and comment body to Additional comments in Jira.
Please assist as the multiple update in spamming tickets and also will cause performance issue.
Thanks in advance!

Hello,
have you solved this?
one thing that could be happening is a Business Rule actually duplicating updates, and the spoke not actually doing the update twice, so I'd check first by replicating an update to the record within servicenow

Hi Rachael
This is for sure a business rule that is going haywire.
Please check out your business rules.
You can also invest some time into configuring Exalate, a decentralized integration solution. This 3th party app will give you broader control over what is happening.

Hello,
Have you solve this?
I'm encountering a similar issue where the description becomes empty after 1-2 updates. It seems this might be related to a cloned Jira webhook process. If you have a solution or any insights, please share.
