Issue with Access Token in Microsoft Teams Graph Spoke

I am setting up integration between ServiceNow and Teams using Microsoft Teams Graph spoke plugin.

Created App in Azure and Configured in ServiceNow connections to get token.

Both Microsoft Teams Graph spoke and Microsoft Teams spoke tokens are available and has valid date.

But when I actually trying to create Channel in Teams it worked immediately  after getting token and authorised by Teams Admin. but after couple of hours / next day when I try to fetch to make transactions it gives me an error.

Error: Access token is empty. Please Check Oauth Token and scope permission.

But when I verify the Token validity it has validity and token is available it did'nt expired.

Will it depend on Teams admin to be online to get his spoke actions working, that should not be the case as they need to work automaticaly when we use those actions in flows , every time admin will not authorize for each request.

Do anyone faces same issue or is anyone has solution to fix this issue. please let me know

Hi @saikiran

Yes, we have faced this problem. Actually, it's a authentication profile mis configuration for MS teams graph spoke connection. During the connection and credentials setup, the connection profile might be mis configured.

I would recommend to start the integration from scratch in another sandbox environment and configure only necessary spoke connection, like only for Graph spoke. Then check the oAuth token expiry, it will be for a longer duration, a future date. Then open the connection credential in the platform view and check the authentication profile. Use the the Authentication profile in your current instance (which is broken) and it will work.

You can reach out to me in case you need some more help on this.

What was the issue with the connection set up? As far as I can tell most if it created when you activate the spoke. The configuration is done when you set the connection up in Flow Designer.

If you've got some pointers that would be great as I'm getting the same issue.

Thanks.

Hello All - On the Set up Microsoft Teams Graph spoke we have introduced a video for spoke setup for both the aliases. Please use the steps mentioned in those videos or product documentation.
