Greetings,
I've been assigned the task at my company to make a knowledge base (FAQ) for our IT support desk.
At the moment I have a instance up and running and playing around with Knowledge Blocks and Articles.
My question is:
When I make a new Knowledge Block, am I able to assign this Block to many existing articles in one go?
Or am I forced to go to each article -> check out -> insert block -> and add the block that I just created?
