Export Workflow Steps to Excel File

I need to compare the individual steps of several legacy workflows to identify duplications. The intent is to migrate to Flow Designer. I would like to compare the workflows using an Excel spreadsheet*.

How do I export workflow steps to a file? Is this possible? Which table?

*I'm also open to other options to compare workflow steps without using Excel if anyone has a better suggestion.

i think in a completed workflow you can see workflow context, and a somewhat discernable steps, however it might be hard to construe because depending on who developed the same steps in a workflow may be labled differently by different people and only by opening each one can you see what it is really doing- Perhaps some subject mater experts are better off migrating one by one- also workflows may do very similar things but still need to be seperate due to their connection with different catalog items for instance- not sure if flow designer would facilitate some sort of merging.

I agree
