Flow Designer - Wait till field is updated

Hi All - We have a record producer on a custom table. Once the form is submitted, a task is created. At the parent level (request) there are 2 fields which will be updated by fulfiller, once the first field is updated another task should be created and flow designer should wait till the fields are being updated. Can we achieve this with flow designer?

Hi Brian - can we pull the string field in wait for condition and check if it is not empty?

Should be able to. There should is an option is not empty after you select the field.
