I am seeking assistance with configuring a Flow Designer workflow. The goal is to route approval requests to different groups based on the application selected from a catalog item.

I have implemented an IF condition, and it successfully routes one specific application to the correct approval group. However, for all other application selections (handled in the ELSE branch), the approval is intended to route to the Requested For user’s manager.

Currently, the ELSE branch is not functioning as expected. The requests for other applications are being canceled and no tasks are generated.

I would appreciate any guidance on what might be causing this behavior or how to properly configure the ELSE approval routing.

how are applications selected?

is it a list collector variable?

share catalog form and flow config screenshots

If user selects 10 apps and for only 1 Group approval is required and for all other 9 it should go to Requested For -> Manager?
