How to compare a schedule date/time vlaue with a date/time value?

I need to compare a schedule date/time vlaue from cmn_schedule_span(end_date_time) with a date/time value in flow designer. That doesen't work.

How can I convert the schedule date/time field into a date/time field as flow variable?

Do a lookup to the schedule and create a scripted variable to have the date/time in the same format, so you can compare them
