Cancel a service catalog REQUEST in Employee Service Center

Hello all,

 

There is a requirement to cancel the submitted Service catalog request by an end user. Is there a way we can add a Cancel action the way we have Resolve for incident record producer? When clicking on cancel, Additional comments should be mandatory.

 

Any suggestions would be helpful!
