Just a silly question.

What does this icon on the action indicates in flow designer?

Hi @mohd_ansari03,

Look up User Action is used to search and retrieve user records from the User [sys_user] table based on defined conditions (like name, email, user id etc.). Also, for checking active directory if it's integrated with any application.

I guess you should consider them as icon only and concentrate on functionality.

For  me , icon meaning could be "Sync/Update information"

I think ,an orange circle with an arrow pointing to the right—represents an IntegrationHub Action (often referred to as an Outbound Integration step) within ServiceNow Flow Designer.

Well dude we can think and imagine all we want about the icon, but it doesn't matte and no one is gonna have a exact reason why that was chosen, haha. well it is what it is.
