Inbound action - Flow Designer

I have a flow that is triggered with an inbound email. I have used "Move email attachments" action to attach all the attachments to the target record. However, am unable to attach the original inbound email using out of the box actions. Is there a way I can do this using OOTB action? If not, has anyone done this using custom action?

There are two actions that help you to work with inbound emails.

Associate Record to Email should help with your problem.
