Flow Designer - Actions

Is there an option planned for future release in Flow Designer that allows you to unselect an action to allow it to be skipped while testing. for example, bypass Approvals. Is this an option now and I am not aware of it?

I think not even available in Zurich & Australia release

There is no current, publicly announced feature in ServiceNow Flow Designer that allows users to simply "unselect an action" to skip it during a test run.
