Hi @Yuzuki Kido ,

Playbooks in a CompleteError, or Cancelled state cannot be restarted.

To Restart stage :
1. Open your playbook.
2. Note: Stages and activities must be completed before they can be restarted. When a stage or activity is restarted, you may need to:
  • Complete all restartable stages and activities after it again.
  • Re-enter information to complete restartable stages and activities again.

To restart a stage:

  1. Hover over the name of the stage in the contextual side panel to open the context menuSandeepDutta_2-1740021288917.png
  2. Select Restart stage

To Restart activity :
1. Open your playbook.
2. Note: Stages and activities must be completed before they can be restarted. When a stage or activity is restarted, you may need to:
  • Complete all restartable stages and activities after it again.
  • Re-enter information to complete restartable stages and activities again.

To restart an activity:

  1. In the activity card, open the context menu.
  2. Select Restart.

-> no because playbooks are only rendered in workspace
→ I found this and I can use playbook in CSM portal. but I wasn't sure it is possible to use restart function on CSM portal.
-> are you not seeing any option
→On the Stage or Activity card. Yes.
