Is there an ServiceNow OOB spoke for Rally integration for syncing SN Problem with Rally defect? I could only find one Rally Spoke which is available for Subscription and User Management but not for syncing work items. Anybody have any idea for my requirement?

Hi @Rajat Gupta6,

As of now OOTB we do not have anything. I came across this one in resecent time > https://www.quantumwhisper.com/servicenow-itsm-agile-central-rallydev-integration.

if it dosent help, then only option is you can make use of REST API to create your own integration....

I hope my input helps...

Hi @Rajat Gupta6

The actions available as of now for Rally spoke are for Subscription and User Management only. For syncing SNOW Problem with Rally Defect, you can make use of ServiceNow's RESTAPI and write scripts for each integration logic.

Alternatively, you can try out OpsHub’s free Community Edition, which provides enterprise scale integration between ServiceNow and Rally without the need for any scripts. Please refer to the documentation and demo video to learn how OpsHub’s integration Manager (OIM) tool facilitates bidirectional integration between ServiceNow and Rally.

It takes care of:

Rich data integration for comments, attachments, links, inline content etc.

  • Data movement across projects
  • History preservation
  • Selective data sync
  • Field-level conflict management
  • Orphaned or Deleted issues/tickets Identification,
  • Failure management, etc.

Feel free to reach out to OpsHub’s integration experts if you have any questions. OpsHub is a ServiceNow partner that offers an integration platform that allows for bidirectional integration between ServiceNow and more than 60 systems in the ALM and DevOps ecosystem.

Thanks,

OpsHub team
