Keyfactor Certificate Management integration??

We are working with our PKI team to implement integration with keyfactor using the Keyfactor Command Certificate Management store app functionality.

We've run into a number of issues we are working through with keyfactor and our internal PKI team.  I'm curious if there are others in the SN community that have been able to leverage this module and integrate with Keyfactor who would be willing to share their experience (and configuration)?

@jbaumann3  - We have it installed but have not received help from Keyfactor Support for the OAuth setup.

What version are you on, version 1.0 or the new v2.0 ?

What version of Keyfactor are you on? v25.1 or v25.2 (From the Admin Mgmt, v2.0 requires KF v25.2)

I was trying to find updated version 2.0 documentation but the 'Service Now Keyfactor Command Certificate Management Application - Known Issues and FAQs.pdf' only mentions v1.0.  (Link on the SN Store app page.)

When I asked Support, the AI Support prompt, I got.
'Service Now Keyfactor Command Certificate Management Application - Known Issues and FAQs.pdf' only mentions v1.0, is there updated documentation for the v2.0 version?
