Learning and developer lab instance

Hello!

I have a learning lab instance and a developer lab instance. Is there way to copy the learning instance  to the dev instance. I need the data from the learning instance (Flow designs) to the developer instance.  When the learning period is over the lab instance will be closed.

Hi there,

If you are creating flows in the lab instance, you could create an update set, and make sure you are developing the flows with that update set active, so it is captured in that update set. Then just export/import the update set.

If you did not do so yet, then still you can create an update set. Though you manually have to move the sys_update_xml records concerned to your update set.

Hello @Goran Pettersso ,

You can perform this via update sets as well as xml export import.

However, make sure to test the flow again dev as there could be possibility of flow corruption because of Snapshot mismatch.
