List collector and creating tasks

Need help regarding creating individual tasks for groups selected in the list collector.
Requirement:
1. Once the catalog item is submitted, 1st task is created for group A.
2. In the 1st task, group A is required to choose groups that will be doing the build/test and implementation. I have a list collector for that.
Description for each task triggered: Build/Test/Implementation – Site - Go Live Date: Month Day Year
This task is for all build, test and implementation work.
I'm new to flow designer and looking for some help on how to achieve this functionality.
I have attached an image of how the list collector looks like in my 1st task.
