Anyone experiencing issues with Create Catalog Task Action in Flow?
Error shows "No valid req item"
We already tried removing the action and adding it again but still same issue.

Currently in Yokohama Patch 1a

Hi @Vee Jay Recana

1. You may be using the wrong pill (e.g., a "Request" [REQ] pill instead of a "Requested Item" [RITM] pill)

   Remove the existing pill from the "Requested Item" field and re-drag the Requested Item Record pill from the Trigger section.

2.Ensure the action is linked strictly to an sc_req_item record. If you are not working with a standard catalog item, use the Create Record action for the sc_task table instead of the Create Catalog Task action

3. Ensure the flow is set to Run As: System User

Hi, we are using the correct data pill and we set the Run As "System User". Seems like it has something to do with Yokohama Patch 1a. We recently cloned our PROD to Sandbox as they are in a different patch (Yokohama Patch1) and our flow works perfectly fine. Thanks for your inputs!

@Vee Jay Recana

is your flow running as System User?

Any query BR on sc_req_item table is restricting it?

what debugging did you do?

share some screenshots
