Unable to access Decision Table record in Workflow Studio

This issue is occurring in our development instance and does not appear to be present in other environments.

 

When attempting to access a decision table record, I am consistently presented with a blank screen. This behavior is not limited to a single record—it occurs across multiple decision table records within this instance.

 

I have already attempted basic troubleshooting steps, including clearing the instance cache using cache.do and logging out and back into my account, but the issue persists.

 

Would anyone have insight into what might be causing this behavior?
