How to publish the playbook which is created in workflow studio manually in washington dc version.

No,Iam unable to see the publish or test or activate.
It is in Washington DC version.

Something appears to be wrong. You should be able to see a board view or a diagram view of your playbook, and not this core UI view. If you close out this tab and attempt to reopen the same playbook from Workflow Studio, do you continue to see this core UI view?

No, Unable to see board view or a diagram view of our playbook. When I reopen the playbook same its showing and no option for publish to playbook
