I had a workflow for a catalog, which I have removed and created a flow instead. However, since then my RITM stages is not showing up. It always shows as "Request Approval" and doesn't progress further. And in the RITM list it doesn't show all the stages.
I have used the following steps to set stage in flow not sure what I am doing wrong.
- Opened the flow for the catalog item. Then, clicked the 3 dots to the right of the Save button
- Clicked on 'Flow stages' and picked a template which has a predefined list of stages for requested items
- Always show is turned on for all stages. Scroll to the bottom and save
- Now back in the flow. Moved mouse slightly above the step before which the stage should be changed in the RITM. ‘Add a Stage’ option appeared. Upon clicking on that, the stages that were added was available for selection.
- Selected the stage from the drop down.

Hi @ServiceNow_Use3 ,
Whenever u want to update a stage u can make use of Update a Record action where u can drag drop the RITM record n under fields u can select stage & select the appropriate stage which u would like to update. This will update the stages as per ur need.
Thanks,
Danish

I tried that first. If I set RITM stage using "Update Record" action, it display the stage value instead of display name,

Hi @ServiceNow_Use3 ,
Use the Stages and insert it under the Update Records. Then when you click on Save also Click on Activate and refresh your Portal and send again a request OR you may use the Test inside the Flow Designer
