Run the flow for TEST Users ONLY if Instance is TEST or UAT but Run flow for actual users if PROD

Hi guys!
We are trying to create a flow design for our catalog form that will be migrated to TEST, UAT and PROD.
However, we want to run the flow for TEST Users ONLY if Instance is TEST or UAT
But if the instance is PRODUCTION, run the flow for actual users in PRODUCTION
I created a set flow variable that will check the instance_name if TEST or UAT but I don't know how to create the part to make it available for test users. The test users are under 1 specific group.

Why? I'm note sure I understand the logic in doing this. It would make your flows more complicated if it is even possible. Why not just make the catalog item only visible in test and uat to the test users using "available for" in the catalog item. Test/UAT environments are usually accessible by everybody so they can test stuff out without being in prod.
