Setting RITM to Closed Incomplete

In the flow I created, I have a step to update the RITM ticket to Closed Incomplete when task is set to Closed Incomplete. It tests fine in Flow Designer, but when I run through the actual steps, the flow is cancelled, the RITM stage is set to Request Cancelled and the state is set to Closed Complete.

 

What is circumventing my flow logic?

Hi @NancyS1,

Check the business rules which override the field values after closing the requests/RITM.

It turns out the issue was in the flow. I needed to add a stage to the flow stages to account for Closed Incomplete. Once I did that, the tickets closed out correctly.
