Translation of custom field on SCTASK form

I've added a new field on the Service Catalog Task form (SCTASK).  Now I like to know how I'm managing the translation of this new field. When a fulfiller is working in the Dutch language, I like that the label of that new field is in Dutch.  Where and how do I manage the translations of a new field?
