Trigger to notify when there is no reply from the inquirer in flow designer

Hello, experts!
I am thinking of implementing the following in Flow Designer.

 

I would like to implement a trigger that sends a message to the user when the user who is set to Assigned to replies and does not receive a reply from the user for a certain period of time.

 

Specifically, it says, "If the user assigned to Assigned to replies and the user assigned to Opened by does not respond within 5 business days, we will send a message at 10 a.m. five business days later.''
